Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all artisan tags and labels remain attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
